RALPH CHANCE

Mayor Chance took office in 1987.  His goals for the city include:

  • Maintaining Premier Resort City Status
  • Protecting our Natural Resources
  • Infrastructure
  • Public Safety & Community Awareness
  • Community Development

HOWARD SEXTON

Vice-Mayor Sexton joined the Pigeon Forge City Council in 1981.  His goals for the city include:

  • Promote continued growth
  • Support community development
  • Roads & infrastructure
  • Maintain family environment

  • Married to Sue Sword Sexton
  • Children: Debbie Vineyard, Scott Sexton, Beverly Fugate
  • 4 grandchildren
  • Owner of D & S Builders
  • City resident for 45 years

Community Involvement:

  • Pigeon Forge Regional Planning Commission
  • Former member – Pigeon Forge Volunteer Fire Department

JOYCE BRACKINS

Commissioner Brackins joined the Pigeon Forge City Council in  2001.  Her goals for the city include:

  • Additional alternate routes to help with traffic congestion.
  • Expanding, providing water and sewer.
  • Vigilant growth of commercial and residential development.
  • Keep taxes low by creating tax base

Personal Profile:

  • Children: Sandra Delozier, Frances Rudder, Denice Allen, Woody Brackins, Jr.
  • 4 grandchildren
  • City resident for 44 years

Community Involvement:
