Drivers License:

A Tennessee driver’s license must be purchased by new residents within 30 days after permanent residency has been established. 865-429-7016.

License plates must be purchased by new residents within 30 days at the county clerk’s office at the Sevier County Courthouse. 865-453-5502.

Voter Registration:

The Election Commission is located in the Sevier County Courthouse.  To be eligible to vote in Pigeon Forge, you must have been a resident for at least 49 days or own property in the city.  The Sevier County Election Commission can be reached at 865-453-6985.
