Pigeon Forge is a full-service City and offers to its citizens a complete range of services.  We cooperate with numerous civic and neighborhood groups to enhance the quality of life of all citizens. 

City Hall is located at 225 Pine Mountain Road.  Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Our mailing address is P.O. Box 1350, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee 37868.

The City employs over 300 full and part-time employees who work hard every day to ensure Pigeon Forge remains the community of choice for its residents as a wonderful place to live, work, play, and visit.
