Inspection Services

The City of Pigeon Forge maintains a staff of trained inspectors to protect public health, safety and welfare, and to serve the development community.  An inspector will be assigned to a project at the time a building or sign permit is applied for, or when approval is granted to extend public water or sewer lines.  The city’s inspection staff consists of:
